Our Recipe

The recipe for our butter fudge has been in the family for many generations. It has never been altered, nor changed in any way from one generation to the next – it never had to be!  The secret to Eleanor Craig’s delicious fudge lies within the subtle blend of traditional, quality ingredients brought together in a closely guarded secret recipe.

Why not try the secret for yourself?

Even UTV’s ‘Lesser Spotted Ulster’ presenter, Joe Mahon, could not extract the secret of the fudge from the family during a televised episode of the program on 9th November 2006.
